History JR Partners founder Jason Robledo began his financial service search career in 1993, working as a junior search coordinator. Three years later, at the age of 24, he went into business for himself, running his finance industry search firm out of his parents’ living room. Since then Jason has built JR Partners into a boutique national firm that has placed over $100 million in Wall Street business.
